My name is David Fegley, President of Park Avenue Consultants.
My experience in the financing and construction industry spans 30 plus years.
I consult on major construction projects nationwide. My knowledge and experience, combined with a “can do” attitude will assist you envision and achieve your ultimate project goal.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for over $35,000,000 in land development. I began my career in property development in 1974, when I built and operated multi-family housing developments throughout the Midwest.
I began purchasing, developing and constructing investment properties in 1986.
As President of Public Mini Storage, LP, I developed and operated 68,000 square feet of self-storage facilities across Des Moines, IA.
In 2001 I purchased a 63,120 square foot facility in Clive, Iowa.
In 1992, I developed a 15,000 square foot multi-tenant commercial strip center in Clive, IA. I owned and operated this development for 14 years.
In 1997 I developed a 3-bay multi-tenant commercial building in Des Moines, IA, which I owned and operated for 3 years.
In 2003 I financed, developed and constructed a five bay car wash in Des Moines, IA.
More recently, I have consulted businesses affording me an opportunity to develop and manage self-storage facilities throughout the United States.
